"My experience with Agent Kaylee Wilkinson was so refreshing and amazing. Ms. Wilkinson showed that she really cares and showed she was not just trying to sell a policy. Ms. Wilkinson was going door to door greeting and providing information regarding the different policy she may can offer. Ms Wilkinson was very knowledgeable and detailed about what she was offering. Every question that I asked she was able to answer without getting frustrated compared to other agents I've experienced before. Ms. Wilkinson left several cards with me and other businesses that are connected to my office and everyone seemed to share the same feelings about her. I highly recommend that you contact her if you are in need of insurance, she is the best that's I've ever encountered. Then, on top of that, they will raise your rates without notification... no letter, email, text, call, nothing, just bam... The escrow on my mortgage went up TWO HUNDRED $$$ a month (for a year) because of their rate increase that I knew nothing about... and when I called to cancel they didn't even ask why, what can we do, nothing, just 'alright, I'll get that taken care of', and that's the ONLY time they did what they said they were going to do"
