"I've been with State Farm over 30 years. I have 6 vehicles and my home insurance with them. When I call I don't get the help I need. Joann is rude and don't like for you to ask questions. I was hung up on and I called her back and she said it was my phone. My insurance has never been reviewed to see how they can help me. I 've never missed a payment. I thought the agent is supposed to work for you. I asked for a call back from Melody like I always do. Maybe she will call me back."

"I really hate to do this, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The main issue seems to be a serious lack of knowledge, effective communication and professionalism from the staff, particularly Kaylee E. Wilkinson. She is often unhelpful and unclear, however, because she filters the phone lines, I have been unable to speak with Melody directly. On several occasions, I found myself waiting for simple answers, only to receive incomplete or incorrect information. It's clear she lacks the knowledge necessary to assist customers effectively, which leads to frustration and delays. The professionalism expected in this customer service environment is simply missing from Kaylee. On one occasion, when asking for clarity on my bill when noticing two bills were sent at once, her response was, “We did not have time to bill you.” This is completely unacceptable. I was forced to call corporate after my attempts to speak with Melody were repeatedly denied. Kaylee followed up my request to escalate by sending me a personal text message. I requested she no longer texts me and decided to email the Agency. Guess who responds to the email?? Yes, Kaylee. Kaylee was to suspend my policy due to a motor vehicle accident and failed to do so, thus forcing cancellation, which was clarified by calling the general Customer Service line. While I believe Melody may not be aware of the behaviors of her staff I hope this review brings some much-needed attention to the extreme situation. However, while Kaylee is there, I would not recommend this Agency. This incident has only further added undue stress to an already draining situation. **The image below validates Kaylee’s unprofessionalism via email, as she was upset I requested she no longer texts me. She responded to cease communication in response to requesting a new Agent.**"

"When I initially started with this agent. The customer service was excellent. Unfortunately it is no longer that way. In the approximately 3 years I was with them I called maybe 5-6 times with a question. Now they only want to do business over text messaging. And will not promptly change your policy when asked. I submitted a change request in the middle of May. And still had to pay for my old policy because they didn’t submit the change. And when I called to ask the response was basically they didn’t care if I was a customer. And suggested I move to another agent. Hopefully they will figure out how to be good at customer service again.."

"My experience with Agent Kaylee Wilkinson was so refreshing and amazing. Ms. Wilkinson showed that she really cares and showed she was not just trying to sell a policy. Ms. Wilkinson was going door to door greeting and providing information regarding the different policy she may can offer. Ms Wilkinson was very knowledgeable and detailed about what she was offering. Every question that I asked she was able to answer without getting frustrated compared to other agents I've experienced before. Ms. Wilkinson left several cards with me and other businesses that are connected to my office and everyone seemed to share the same feelings about her. I highly recommend that you contact her if you are in need of insurance, she is the best that's I've ever encountered. Ms Wilkinson deserves to be in management in my opinion because of her knowledge and experience and how friendly and helpful she was. 5 Star rating 10/10 all around experience.
